Once an Order has been made & processed, it leaves our warehouse that exact same day! Dispatch time is 12PM-2PM everyday.

When will my item ship?

Once your order has successfully been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after. This will contain shipping times for each item in your order.

Shipping times may vary depending on the product(s) you have ordered and the shipping time-frame advertised on the product listing. While we can't expedite an order once placed, rest assured that we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. Standard or Economy shipping will be offered when you add the item to your cart if it is available. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.

Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
