To qualify for our money back guarantee simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Take a clear photo of your teeth before using our products
  2. Use our products as instructed on manual
  3. Take a clear photo after you’ve completed all applications
  4. Email info@ulabprofessionals.com.au with your before and after photo attached
  5. Once approved, send back your product
  6. Refund/replacement will be processed once we have received the product

Results will vary greatly from person to person, depending on the type of teeth or conditions of teeth/stains the user has. It may take a number of months to completely rid your teeth of tough stains. 

uSmilePro will offer a refund or replacement, but only within 30 days. This refund is only available if all items provided are returned in their original state, and include all packing material, original manuals and instructions, and any accessories that came with them. Partially returned items will NOT be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs upon return.

In certain circumstances, you may need to return a product, either because you realise it's not what you wanted, or because it's exhibiting faults. In either instance, a customer service team member will be more than happy to answer your questions and help you come to a resolution.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please endeavour to inform our support team immediately. We require that all damage in transit claims are made within three days of receipt of goods.
